Overview
Franković d.o.o. (OIB:35280070670) operate in accordance with legal regulations that do not allow the sale of alcoholic beverages to people under the age of 18. The offered assortment is sold to physical and legal persons. Our offer is free and non-binding. The Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Civil Obligations Act and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia apply to business conditions.
About the products
All prices in shop.frankovic.hr are expressed in the official currency of the Republic of Croatia and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Franković d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices at any time.
User registration and Order Process
Products are ordered electronically, ie. online. They can be ordered without registration, as a guest, or as a registered user. Registration is done by creating an account. Registration is free. When registering, the User creates a username and password. The user is responsible for all actions and orders performed under his username. The unregistered user (guest) or registered user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration and purchase.
The product is ordered via cart. When the Buyer executes the order, the contract is concluded, and the Buyer’s Merchant will immediately notify the Buyer of the fact of concluding the contract by e-mail that the contract was concluded by submitting the Order Confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation contains information on the order, delivery address, method of payment, price / prices, contact details of the Merchant’s customer service and other information in accordance with the Act. Along with the order confirmation, the “General Terms and Conditions”, “Notice of the right to unilateral termination of the contract” and “Form of unilateral termination of the Contract” will be delivered to the Buyer.
After sending the order confirmation, the Buyer can change the order only by contacting the Customer Service to the e-mail: shop@franković.hr
In the online store, the customer can pay for his order by clicking on the “Complete purchase” button. The total amount of the purchase (including shipping costs and VAT) will then be visible in the cart. The Merchant will deliver the products to the Buyer in the ordered quantity if they are available. In case the trader is not able to deliver a certain product within the stipulated time because the ordered product is not in stock or it is no longer possible to order it from the supplier / partner, the trader will notify the buyer by e-mail. who may cancel the product order or possibly accept a new delivery time.
If the buyer decides to cancel the order of the product, the trader will return the money paid to the buyer as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after the delay.
Payment methods
The customer can pay for the ordered products and services in one of the following ways:
1. Bank account: payment at the bank, FINA / post office and via Internet banking
2. Card payment
3. Cash on delivery: pay directly to the courier
If the Buyer chooses to pay via Bank account or Internet banking, an offer will be sent to his e-mail address at the end of the ordering process, with all the information necessary to make the payment.
In case the Buyer intends to pay for the goods by payment slip or internet banking, the payment deadline is 48 hours from sending the order. Upon expiration of this period, the Merchant cannot guarantee the condition of the warehouse and the availability of the ordered items, so the order confirmation becomes non-binding for the Merchant and his order is deleted from the system, ie it is considered canceled. Order processing starts from the moment the payment is visible on the Merchant’s account.
Delivery
Delivery is made within 2-7 days (depending on the place / country of delivery). Door-to-door delivery to any address. In case of unsuccessful delivery, no special fee will be charged for the return of the shipment. The delivery price is calculated automatically when purchasing the product, depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery, which will be displayed in the cart when ordering. The cost of delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is not charged if your order exceeds the total amount of 70 EUR.
Damage during transport of goods
All goods are delivered in original carton packaging that reduces the risk of damage. You are not required to take over the goods if a damage occurs during transport (a bottle break or similar). In this case please immediately report the damage to the courier, who is obliged to issue a certificate of damage of the shipment, and let us know about it.
Complaints and guarantees
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to complain. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the entire amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint to the buyer.

Online dispute resolution
By special regulations of the European Union, from 15.2.2016. EU-wide disputes over online shopping can be resolved through a platform that you can access here. This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.) you can submit your complaint at the link above.
The platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be lodged in any of the EU’s 23 official languages.
Privacy and security
Franković d.o.o. will collect and keep only those customer information that is required for a successful completion of the order and delivery. It undertakes to protect the privacy of all the customers and the data collected, and it will not be disclosed to the third parties under any conditions. The Seller agrees to comply with the Customer Protection Policy.
